A typical upgrade results in a new database being created and leaves the potential for customized and/or other important information to be lost in the shuffle. We take great care to make sure your cart experiences minimal and that all your vital customizations and database records are kept intact.
Note: Reaching Edge Design Group installs the module into your website. We
need FTP information, Admin access to your cart, and if available,
phpmyadmin (database information)
Module installation typically takes between 3 and 5 working days (excluding
holidays) after we receive the necessary installation information.
The checkout process will give you the opportunity to provide FTP, admin,
and database access to us. If you do not have the information available at
time of module purchase, we will contact you.
